Arhaggelos - Rodos

Arhaggelos is one of the largest and most historic communities of the island, since, according to the excavations, the area is inhabited by the early Mycenaean period. The community was named after the Archangel Michael,who is also her Saint-Patron. Near the village, there is found the cave of Koumelou while the nearest beach is Stegna,at a distance of two kilometers from the center.
